Take5*
Take5* is a filmed encounter of five international cultural and artistic figures to engage in dynamic, real-time conversations about the arts and their societal roles. The first edition took place at the Arts and History Museum in Brussels, featuring Romeo Castellucci, Nele Hertling, Ada Mukhina, Serge Aimé Coulibaly and Haris Pašović.
The format, directed by Oscar-nominated Stefan Arsenijevic, is designed as both a day-meeting and a 60-minute documentary, capturing unfiltered exchanges. Produced by European Festivals Association. How to Sell Yourself to the West is a video performance by and with Ada Mukhína in the Akademie der Künste (Academy of Arts) in Berlin. Ada Mukhina decided to take a closer look at Academy’s art prizes and decision-making processes associated with them. Who receives the prizes from the Western art institutions? What are the possible criteria? Who makes these decisions? And who goes away empty-handed?

Worüber man nur hinter geschlossenen Türen spricht (What is talked about only behind the closed doors) is a performative video lecture by Ada Mukhina and Olga Schilyaeva about feminist theatre in Russia created for Radar Ost Digital Festival 2020 at Deutsches Theater Berlin.
Die Regisseurin Ada Mukhina und die Autorin Olga Schiljaeva zeigen Praxisbeispielen aus ihren aktuellen Arbeiten in der russischen Hauptstadt (“Locker Room Talk”, Meyerhold Center und “28 Tage”, teatr.doc), die den Sexismus der Sprache entlarven und den Menstruationszyklus ins Theater holen.
